Phase 01: The Audit
“Who Have You Been Performing?”
This is where we get honest. We identify the roles, rules, and identities you have been carrying, many of which were handed to you, not chosen by you. We name the Doubt Committee. We stop pretending it is not there.
- Week 1: The roles you have been playing and what they have cost you
- Week 2: Whose voices are on your Doubt Committee and when they moved in
Deliverable: Your Personal Belief Audit, a written inventory of the inherited beliefs quietly running your transition
Phase 02: The Excavation
“Where Did These Beliefs Come From?”
This is the belief archaeology work. We trace the roots of your financial fear, your identity attachment to your title, your fear of irrelevance, and we name exactly where they began. You cannot release what you cannot see.
- Week 3: The origin of your financial story and what it is really telling you
- Week 4: The moment your identity became your job title and what that cost you
Deliverable: Your Belief Origin Map, a clear picture of where your most limiting patterns were planted
Phase 03: The Reclamation
“Who Are You Really?”
This is the identity rebuild. We dismantle the secondhand self and begin to construct the woman who was always underneath, her values, her desires, her non-negotiables. This is where self-trust gets rebuilt from the inside out.

- Week 6: Rebuilding self-trust after decades of performing for others’ approval

This is where the next chapter gets built, not fantasized about. We translate everything from the first three phases into a clear, grounded, actionable vision for what comes next: purpose, community, financial clarity, and daily meaning.
